With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Edward Hunter of Quincy, Indiana, born in Indianapolis, Indiana, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on May 13, 2024 at the age of 84. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Edward and Dorothy Frances Hunter (Hood); his wife Ruby "Judy" Hunter; his former wife Verna Jean Hunter; and his siblings, Robert Hunter and Patricia McGovern.
He is survived by: his former spouse Evonda Joy Moore; and his sons, Edward Hunter (Sheri) of Camby, Mark Hunter (Cheryl) of Indianapolis, Willard Jones (Maryann) of Coatesville, William "Bill" Jones (Mary) of Kentucky, Dwayne Jones (Diana) of Martinsville and Kevin Jones (Michelle) of Quincy. He is also survived by 16 grandchildren; and several great grandchildren.
