He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Hornback and Edwinda Hornback (Abram); his brother Edwin "Bunny" Hornback; and his grandson Tobias Simpson. He is survived by: his children, Kristi Sims (Scott), Wonga Ray Hornback (Shelia) and Krista Lung (Tom); his grandchildren, Megan Morris-Bates (Scott), Jessica James (Kayla), Sydney Firkins (Logan), Kassie Higgins (Kevin), Austin Hornback (Emily), Lexi Bleadsoe (Josh), Sara Cook (Zach), James Hornback, Dylan Hornback, Drake Lung and Gavin Lung; and his great grandchildren, Ava, Vincent, Kaylen, Rian, Lily, Shanena, Lilith, Malachi, Scotti, Xander and Amara. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; 1st cousins; and 2nd cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to Colvin Funeral Home to aid in funeral expenses.
