He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilfred Leon and Opal Mae Lechner (Weitkamp); and his sister Linda Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Phyllis L. Lechner of Princeton; his children, Sherry Lynn Julian of Lynnville and Ryan Matthew Lechner of Petersburg; his stepchildren, Tim Thomas of Clarksville, Tennessee and Angela Brines of Princeton; and his sister Shirley Broeker of Oakland City. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and 3 great-grandchildren.
