With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Stephen Hughes of Princeton, Indiana, born in Michigan City, Indiana, who passed away on March 30, 2024 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Dixie Hughes and Roy Hughes. He is survived by: his wife Betty Conner; his brothers, Pete Hughes (Beth) of Petersburg and Dan Hughes (Lisa) of Lake Placid, Florida; and his aunt Grace Beazley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Union Community Cemetery, C/O Pastor Kevin Easton, 116 E. Clark St., Princeton, IN 47670.
