She is survived by: her husband Anthony "Tony" Hayes; her children, Kimberly Dutton, Kristina Hayes, Joshua Hayes and Angie Hayes; her grandchildren, Tallon, Jordan, Tory, Kylie and Terrick; and her siblings, Roberta'Bert'Dicus and David Dicus (Clara). She is also survived by 4 great-grandchildren.
