He is survived by: his wife Belgium; and his siblings, John Tolbert (Marie) of Hazleton, Royce "Chuck" Tolbert (Joyce) of Noble, IL, Jennie Tolbert of Giro, Susie Bringwald (Cotton) of Salem, IL and Ruth "Midge" Baehl of Haubstadt. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews; and special friends.
