He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Hathaway and Viola Hathaway (Dyson). He is survived by: his pet Belle; his wife Beth Hathaway; his children, Kara Armstrong (Joe Smith), Billy Dicus, Nicholas Dicus (Kristen), Norene Campbell (Matt) and Robbie Hathaway (Ali); his grandchildren, Shaila, Madison, Max, Kaylie and Chloe; and his great grandchildren, Little Dave, Callum and Emryn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
