He is survived by: his daughter Lori Melton (Brian) of Francisco; his granddaughter LeeAnn Melton; his caregiver Heather Dawson (Brad); his stepsons, Jim and David Veach; his cousin Sue Brenton; his uncle Maurice Bolin; and also, Cooper and Annabel.
