He was predeceased by: his grandparents, James, Margaret Burns, Richard and Betty Cockrum; his brother Brian Cockrum; and his stepfather Patrick Fredrick.
He is survived by: his parents, Virginia "Jenny" Biggs (Richard) of Vincennes, IN. and Daniel Cockrum of Princeton, IN.; his children, Sierra Cockrum of Bloomington, IL., Bryant Cockrum of Fort Drum, NY., Olivia Davis (Hunter) of Princeton, IN. and James Cockrum of Princeton, IN.; his siblings, Matthew Fredrick (Jennifer) of Vincennes, IN. and Danielle Linneweber (Scott) of Indianapolis, IN.; and his grandchildren, Mila McCarthy, Ava Davis and Jackson Davis. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
