He is survived by: his wife Sandra Slinker; his son Jason Slinker (Jamie) of Patoka, IN; his stepdaughter Staci Blair (Gene) of Newburgh; his grandchildren, Riley Slinker (Ali) of O'Fallon, MO, Devin Blair of Newburgh, IN and Halen Blair of Lafeyette, IN; and his brother Bill Slinker (Jane Ann) of Newburgh, IN. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
