She was predeceased by: her parents, John "Duke" Manning and Julia Grace Manning (Carey); her husband Donald E. Julian Sr.; her children, Debra Julian, Jeffrey Julian and Donald E. Julian Jr.; and her siblings, Vincent E. Manning, Newell E. Ellis, Beulah Eileen Boerke, Dorothy Morrison, Marjorie White and Velta Anne Edrington.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Courtney Edwards (Danny), John Julian (Brandi), Pam Julian and Rachel Puga-Julian (Juan); her daughters-in-law, Connie Gray and Mary Julian; her sisters-in-law, Marilouise Sinkhorn, Barbara Grable, Patty Stetzer, Sandy Julian and Susan Julian; her niece Marlene Plemmons (Don); her great-nieces, Allison Plemmons and Becky Allen; and her close friends, LeeAnna Robb and Pat McConnell. She is also survived by 9 great-grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
