She is survived by: her grandsons, Zachary Mayhall (Lindsey) of Evansville and Kyle Mayhall (Kassandra Brown) of Evansville; her great grandchildren, Peyton Mayhall and Cooper Mayhall; her niece Vicki Witsman (Rudy); and her daughter-in-law Jennifer Mayhall.
