She was predeceased by: her parents, Denver Shoultz and Iona Shoultz (Krieger); her husband Henry "Butch" Chapman; and her siblings, Cleo Shoultz and Ruby Ott.
She is survived by: her sister Patty Weber (Allen) of Spencer; her children, Susan Chapman, Chris Chapman (Cari) of Spotsylvania, VA and Becky Azera (Richard) of Laguna Beach, CA; and her grandchildren, Matthew Sutherland, Jackie Sutherland and Sacha Azera.
