With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lou Ella Gaston of Princeton, Indiana, who passed away on August 20, 2023 at the age of 98. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warner Campbell and Sarah Campbell (Jenkins); her husband Robert Gaston; and her sisters, Frances Armstrong, Edra Ringham, Laura Campbell, Beulah White and Ivalo Tooley.
She is survived by: her children, Marilyn Gaston of Princeton and John Gaston (Teresa) of Evansville; her grandchildren, Julie Butts, Jennifer Duncan (Daniel) and James Gaston (Jamee); her great grandchildren, Willow Butts, Jimmy, Maci, Vincent, Orley Gaston and Ava Fromm; and her great great grandchild Gracelynn Butts.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Wheeling United Methodist Church.
