She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles W. Redfairn and Blanche E. Redfairn (Manning); and her husband Clifford Earl Blaize. She is survived by: her children, Phyllis Blaize of Princeton and Timothy Ray Blaize (Gina Hinkle) of Tell City; her daughter-in-law Joan Williams; her grandchildren, Lisa Thompson (Andrew) of Francisco and Keith Blaize (Mindy) of Patoka; her great grandchildren, Gabrielle Thompson, Madison Thompson and Cullen Blaize; and her great great grandchild Darcy Thompson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
