He was predeceased by: his mother Louise Woods (Brock). He is survived by: his wife Susan Woods of Princeton; his children, Christi Bennett (Chad), Brad Woods (Mandy Downey) of Princeton and Craig Woods (Brittany) of Vincennes; his brother Jim Woods (Chris) of Bloomington; and his grandchildren, Abbi, Kimber Bennett, Lyric Johnson, Brooks Mathies and Cohen Woods. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews.
