He was predeceased by: his parents, Floyd Douglas and Ida Douglas (Walter); his brother Gerald Douglas; his nephew Kenneth Douglas, Jr.; and his grandson Lance Allen Harbison.
He is survived by: his wife Janet Elliott Harbison; his sons, Jon Lee Harbison (Teresa) and Jay Lance Harbison (Julie) of Princeton, IN; his grandchildren, James Fritz III of Cincinnati, Jessica Fritz of Ohio, Misty Sullivan (Kevin) of Union, IN, Jilaine Mason of Washington, IN, Cassandra Harbison of Ohio, Caitlin Haustetter of Ohio, Blake Harbison and Tyler Harbison of Ohio; his great grandchildren, Ivy, Hunter, Kya Sullivan, Kendra, Jacob, Katelyn, Jiles Mason and Lillian Haustetter; and his brothers, David Douglas (Dorthy) of Patoka and Kenneth Douglas (Judy) of Princeton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
