He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Walker and Beatrice Walker; his sisters, Juanita Cargal and Loretta Virden; and his great grandchild Ledger Smith.
He is survived by: his wife Louise Walker of Sullivan; his daughters, Stephanie Phelps (Glenn) of Patoka and Tara Swick (Kenny) of Sullivan; his grandchildren, Jeremy Phelps (Talley) of Mt. Carmel, IL, Kelsey Smith (Danny) of Tell City, Noah Robb of Hazleton, Jacalyn of Sullivan, Gretchen of Sullivan and Josiah "Boo" Swick of Sullivan; and his great grandchildren, Olivia, Owen Phelps, Oakley and Daylie Smith. He is also survived by 3 brothers-in-law; 1 sister-in-law; and also, several nieces and nephews.
