It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of James A. Byrns of Princeton, Indiana, born in Owensville, Indiana, who passed away on April 17, 2022, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Larkin Lloyd Byrns; his siblings, Nadine Taylor, Lloyd Byrns Jr. and Melba Slunder; and his brother-in-law Carroll Davis.

He is survived by: his wife Ruth Ann Byrns; his children, Roy Byrns (Janice), Reba Byrns-Kirby (Craig Kirby), Orville Byrns (Stacey Fitzgerald) and Lee Byrns (Mary Jo Woehler); his grandchildren, Jennifer Vosburg, Rebecca Rutledge, Rachel Mizeur and Justin Byrns; his sister Rosie Davis; and his son Tom White. He is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
