He was predeceased by: his parents, Vivian Homer and Bertha Minnis (Welman). He is survived by: his children, Christopher Minnis of Vincennes, Stephen Minnis (LaDonna) of Princeton and Andrea Short (Timothy) of Princeton; his siblings, Thomas Minnis of Haubstadt, Kerry Minnis of New Port Ritchie, FL, Mike Minnis of Princeton, Beverly Hedge of Patoka and Francis Cline of Patoka; and his grandchildren, Aaron, Keenan, McKenzi, Nathanial Minnis, Kieffer, Alec, Lillian Minnis, Brad and Mike Short. He is also survived by 12 great grandchildren.
