He was predeceased by: his father Charles Bane; his siblings, Maurice, Kenneth Bane, Evelyn Harris, Marjorie McMullen and Marcia Campbell; and his siblings-in-law, Evelyn Bane, Nancy Bane, Reide Harris, Ronald Coddington, Reginald McMullen, Paul George, Stan Carter and Milton McRoberts.
He is survived by: his wife Cornelia; his sons, Barry (Sandy) and Dennis (Leesa); his grandchildren, Brad (Heather), Erin Schmitt (Justin) and Greg (Stacey); his siblings, Lucille Coddington, Rosalee Caudle (Claude), Charles Bane (Ruth), Delores George, Juanita Carter, Karen Miller (Ed), Linda Bane (Bob) and Kathy Adamson (Gary); and his siblings-in-law, Patricia Bane and Terry Campbell. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
