He is survived by: his wife Bonnie Cullivan (Bonnie); his children, Charlene Garrison (Boyd) of Princeton, IN, Dwayne Donelson Jr. of Noblesville, IN, Michael Donelson (Nicole) of Plainfield, IN and Denise Wilson (Mike) of New Palestine, IN.; his grandchildren, Ryan Garrison (Julie), Adam Garrison, Shaun Donelson (Jessica), Erika Cole (Adam), Kyle Donelson, Emily Thrasher (Sam), Andrea Wilson and Evan Wilson; his great grandchildren, Ryker Cole, Mitchell Garrison, Maxwell Garrison, Jasper Donelson and Charlie Donelson; his sister Dorothy Hackworth of Haubstadt, IN; and his nieces and nephews, Deloris Markakis of Price, UT, Karla Jones of Helper, UT., Jim Donelson (Zelma) of Merrillville, IN and Eric Hackworth (Amy) of Evansville, IN..
