She was predeceased by: her parents, Hight Tegmeyer and Leah Tegmeyer (Kays); her husband James Marvin McDaniel; her son John McDaniel; and her brother William Tegmeyer.

She is survived by: her son Keith McDaniel of Oatsville; her grandchildren, Jeremy McDaniel of Evansville, Josh McDaniel (Marianne) of Oatsville and Kara McDaniel of Princeton; her great grandchildren, Aaron, Ethan and Jaylynn McDaniel; and her siblings, Larry Tegmeyer of Petersburg, Wilma Rumble (Carroll) of Fishers and Mary Traylor (Bill) of Petersburg.
