Hayden of Owensboro, Kentucky; his wife Cynthia Hayden; his children, Justen Hayden (Niki) of Beaver Dam, Brooke Speedy (Kyle) of Princeton and Blake West (Tanna) of Evansville; his mother-in-law Mary Houchins of Oakland City; his siblings, Belinda Scheber (Tom) of New Bern, Dan Hayden (Alma) of Las Vegas, Esther Dunlavy of Owensboro, Lee Hayden (Mary Lou) of Newburgh, Alford Houchins (Donna) of Francisco, Alice Guzman (Fernando) of Princeton, Glenn Houchins (Stephanie) of Shoals, John Houchins of Oakland City, Marlene Biel of Oakland City and Charlene Heldt (Kent) of Princeton; his grandchildren, Kayda, Jaxen Hayden, Kamdyn Collins, Kale, Isaiah Speedy, Lucian, Willow, Barrett, Delilah, Benjamin West, Lily, Chloe, Tyson, Jaxson Ware, Aiden and Marlee Bilbro; and his caregiver Jennifer. He is also survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, and friends.
