She was predeceased by: her father Welzie Julian; her husband Charles Bateman Jr.; her son Charles Dale "Butchie" Bateman III; her brothers, Bill, Max, Jim, Welzie "Red", Jerry and Don Julian; and her brothers-in-law, Bob Sinkhorn and James Paris Grable.
She is survived by: her children, Rita Tapley (Norman) and Kenny Bateman (Debbie); her siblings, Marilousie Sinkhorn, Barbara Grable and Patsy Stetzer; her sisters-in-law, Sue Julian, Maxine Julian, Arlene Julian and Sandy Julian; and her grandchildren, Chuck Tapley (Veronica), Sherry Randolph (Quincy), Jennifer Masters (Chris), Lacy Pea and Michael Bateman (Katrina). She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 5 great-great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
