She was predeceased by: her parents, John Garrett and Edith Garrett (Roberts) of Owensville; and her siblings, Bob, George, Leroy Garrett, Roberta Wright and Betty Creek.
She is survived by: her children, Gloria Sue Wilcox (Rodney Harp) and Steven Paul France (Jamie Titzer); her grandchildren, Brent Wilcox (Katrina), Kayla Perschbacher (Aaron) and Hannah France; and her great grandchildren, Lucia June, Brenlee Sue and Adaline Sue Perschbacher. She is also survived by her family and Nanny by her grandchildren and great grandchildren.
