He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis E. Cooper and Ruth J. Cooper (Carter); and his brother-in-law Paul Beasley. He is survived by: his wife Cheryl "Cheri" Cooper (Johnson); his children, Steve Cooper (Jamaica) and Angie Brand (Chuck); his grandchildren, Audrey Mosby (Robert), April Peterson (Tim), Brodie Cooper and Chase Wright; his great grandchildren, Autumn Rose Mosby and Ella Jane Peterson; and his siblings, Wayne Cooper (Tammie), Wanda Lawson (Mike), Janice Beasley and Theresa Walters (Delbert). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
