He was predeceased by: his parents, Jay Embrey and Gail Embrey (Brown); and his sister Pam Embrey. He is survived by: his son Jake Embrey (Faith Connell); his former spouse Carmen Embrey; his brothers, Jim Embrey (Eileen) and Terry Embrey (Gayle); and his nieces and nephews, Jessica Embrey, Justin Embrey (Paige), Carrie Ann Rudolph (Andy), Dena Embrey and Nathan Embrey (Amber).
