She was predeceased by: her husband William "Pete" Franklin Cleveland, Jr.; her siblings, William, Charles Duffy and Doris Halwes; and her son-in-law Larry Powell, Sr..
She is survived by: her children, James William Cleveland, MD (Suzanne) of Reston, Virginia and Theresa Ann Powell of Poseyville, Indiana; her brother James Duffy of Port Charlotte, Florida; and her grandchildren, Jenny Wiggins (Darrick), Joi Rye (Donnie), Janice Stewart (Alex), Katie Cleveland-Unger (Jeshua), Christina Cleveland, Larry Powell, Jr., Tricia Wade (Jason) and Jennifer Meade (Grant). She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren; 3 great great grandchildren along with 25 nieces & nephews.
