James Hillman Bogard Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Hillman Bogard of Poseyville, Indiana, born in Bumpus Mills, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 27, 2024 at the age of 87. He was predeceased by: his parents, Lurton Bogard and Lennie Bogard (Taylor); his son Jeffrey Bogard; and his siblings, Ella Graves, Eveline Sheldon, Vida Bogard, Charles, Owen, Jack and Doug Bogard.
He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bogard (Vollman); his children, Sheri Gilford (JR), Lisa Dietsch, James Bogard (Elaine), Nick Brown (Kacy) and Nathan Brown (Sarah); and his grandchildren, James, Jerrid, Blayne, Josh, Jeremy, Clint, Daniel, Sarah, Scott Jr., Ryan Matthew, Ethan, Kylen, Matthew, Caleb, Brennan, Eli and Paisley. He is also survived by several great grandchildren.
