He is survived by: his children, Chris, Bender Farms, William H. Bender (Angela) of Poseyville, Indiana, Robert D. Bender (Sandy) of Poseyville, Indiana, Christopher L. Bender (Debra) of Poseyville, Indiana, Cecelia J. Scarafia (Thomas) of Newburgh and Catherine J. Bender of Evansville; his granddaughters, Bailey and Brandey; his son Harold Bender; his granddaughter Hannah Turner; his sons, Jourdan, Jacob and Jaxson Bender; his grandsons, Michael and Jeffrey Scarafia; his daughter Jean Ann Handzel; and his grandchildren, Alex, Austin, Ross and Camden Bender. He is also survived by 6 great grandchildren.
