He was predeceased by: his father William L. Koester. He is survived by: his wife Jennifer Gail Byers (Koester); his mother Sandra Marie Byers of Boonville, Indiana; his son Brian Byers (Kristy) of Haubstadt, Indiana; his sisters, Nina Hasenour, Diane Maday (Kevin Rostron) and Debi Byers; his grandchildren, Noah and Brielle Byers; his mother-in-law Betty Koester of St. Wendel, Indiana; and his siblings-in-law, William J. Koester (Tammy) of Evansville, Daniel Koester (Connie) of St. Wendel, Indiana and Leanne Seibert (Don) of St. Wendel. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Due to the national health crisis and the state mandate, masks are required and social distancing should be observed.
