He is survived by: his wife Rachel Marie Warren (Roby); his children, Maria, Isaac, Ever and Levi; his mother Sharla Sue Warren of Nevada, Ohio; his siblings, Bryan D. Warren of Battle Ground, Washington and Karyn Faith Inman of Bucyrus, Ohio; and his nephew Jimmy Glover.
