She was predeceased by: her husband Jackie Edward Graper; her son Jeffery Lynn Graper; and her siblings, Jesse Huey Meyer and Alien Strange. She is survived by: her children, Jacklyn Jean Hulsey (Mark), Billie Sue Graper and Bret Alan Graper; her siblings, Donald Meyer and Margaret Gish; her grandchildren, Ashley Graper (Matthew Pleiss), Hannah Hunt, Jamie Bradford (Charlie), Melanie Hulsey (David Simmons) and Mathew Hulsey (Claudia); and her great grandchildren, Courtney Kissel, Kylan Hatfield, Kaelyn Watson, Kehli Watson, Easton Bradford, Reaghan Hulsey, Vincent Hunt and Emilynn Bradford.
