He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Lloyd Horn and Genevra Horn (Briggs); his wife Arlene Ninde; his children, Douglas Horn (Carla) of Bryant, Mark Horn (Laurette) of Portland and Jane Evans (Steve) of Pennville; his brother Raymond Horn of Portland, Six; his grandchildren, Janae Blasdel, Ashley Houck, Dana Dall, Loryn Horn, Brad Horn and LeAnn VanDeman; his great grandchildren, Eden, Kinsley, Macie Dull and Harrison Houck; and his brother John Horn.
