He was predeceased by: his parents, Jack Holmes and Dorothea Holmes (Jack); and his brother David Holmes. He is survived by: his siblings, Rick Holmes (Terri) of Muncie and Cindy Baughn (William) of Homosassa. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
