He was predeceased by: his parents, Jerry Bell and Carolyn Bell Sr. (Wyatt); and his siblings, Jerry Bell Jr. and Corina Boice. He is survived by: his sister Deanna Cline (Trent) of Portland. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
