He was predeceased by: his wife Janet S. Patch (Allen); and his sister Connie Stanford. He is survived by: his mother Betty A. Patch (Wendel) of Berne, IN.; his children, Kimberly M. Lehman (John) of Berne, IN., Mark R. Patch (Tricia) of Bluffton, IN. and Karen A. Wilson (Ray) of Portland, IN.; and his siblings, Bill Patch (Melissa), Randy Patch (Goldie), Joe Patch (Bonnie), Roger Patch (Yvonne), John Patch (Carolyn), Tammy Teeple and Patty Newsome (Rick). He is also survived by 9 Grandchildren, and 1 Great Grandchild.
