He was predeceased by: his parents, Dubois Puterbaugh and Inez Puterbaugh (Swank); and his sister Lora Lee Warner. He is survived by: his sons, Curt Puterbaugh (Missy) of Portland and David Puterbaugh (Carmen) of Geneva, Three. He is also survived by Three grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
