He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Brumbaugh and Mildred Brumbaugh (Shirk); his grandson Jeremy Mann; and his siblings, Richard, Jay, Norman, Gerald Brumbaugh and Maxine Martin.
He is survived by: his wife Norma J. Pfeifer; and his daughter Linda Mann (Allen) of Geneva. He is also survived by two grandchildren, seven great grandchildren, three step great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
