He is survived by: his former spouse Arlean A. Nibarger; his wife Arlene; his daughters, Fay Moles (Dale) of Pennville, Becky Eloy (John) of New Haven and Tabatha Watkins (Marty) of Portland; his stepdaughters, Freda Rohrer (Gary) of Portland, Fay Bird (Butch) of Portland and Barb Steed of Portland; and his siblings, James Blumenhorst (Carolyn) of Dunkirk and Mary Nibarger of Pennville, Eleven. He is also survived by Eleven grandchildren, twenty six great grandchildren, one great great grandchild and several step grandchildren.
