He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Harry Parks and Evelyn Parks (Burger); his wife Wanda Carol Iliff; his daughters, Lorie Haver (Wesley) of Virginia Beach, Angela Evans (Scott) of Dunkirk and Joyce Jaquay; his brother James Parks of Fort Wayne, Five; and his grandchildren, Daniel Frakes, Jonathan Lawless, Katie Garlinger Masters, Kyle Garlinger and Mahala Haver. He was also cherished by Eight great grandchildren.
