It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Oddrie Guntle Jr. of Portland, Indiana, who passed away on January 8, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oddrie Sr. Guntle and Christina Guntle (Landers); his son Van Guntle; and his siblings, Raymond Guntle and Irene Lykins.
He is survived by: his children, Barry Guntle, David Guntle, Tracey Winget and Lori Estep; and his sister Alberta Wible.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Williamson, Spencer and Penrod Funeral Homes - Portland Chapel (208 N Commerce St, Portland, IN 47371). A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials may be directed to the Alzheimer Association.
