She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Sylvestre Robbins and Irene Marie Robbins (Burkey); her husband Carl Steed; her children, Robert Steed (Sheila) of Richmond and Angela Steed Walker of Portland; and her siblings, Thomas Robbins of Portland, Larry Robbins of Portland, John Robbins (Mary) of Portland and Mary Jeanette Lee of Portland. She was also cherished by three grandchildren.
