He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Grant Smitley and Martha Smitley (Wiley); his wife Vicki Hilton; his children, Ryan Smitley (Jennifer) of Portland, Rob Green of Geneva and Laci Smitley of Portland; his grandchildren, Bailee Johnson (Blake), Brad Green, Spencer Smitley and Sawyer Smitley; his great grandchild Ryder Johnson; and his brother Jerry Smitley.
