She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Bernard Parks and Iva Lou Parks (Ludy); her husband Richard Newlin; her children, Scot Newlin (Kathy) of Pennville, Richard Newlin (Marcia) of East Liverpool and Kimberly Piercy of Portland; and her siblings, William Parks of Greenville, Deborah Coleman (Joe) of Pennville and Brenda Glatti (Ed) of Pennville, Six. She was also cherished by Six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
