He was predeceased by: his siblings, George, Bud, Larry, Herb Nuckols, Donna Fry and Wanda Miller.

He is survived by: his wife Beverly Fields; his daughters, Sheila Johnson of Auburn and Annette Wall (David) of Ridgeville; his sister Judy Moore of Portland, Four; his grandchildren, Jordan Wall, Susan Johnson Chelsi Haney (Weston) and Sarah Johnson; and his great grandchild Levi Haney.

In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the choice of the donor.
