He is survived by: his parents, Charles Thomas and Mary Evelyn Scott (Coons); his wife Mickey Miller; his children, Andrew Scott of Portland, Jessica Jones (Jian) of Portland, Jen Farmer (Andrew) of Anderson and Chrissy Gonzalez; and his sisters, Cindy Brown (Rick Caldwell) of Portland, Pam Reading of Portland, Sharon Ausland (Kenny Sr.) of Portland, Patty Carter of Jay County, Kim Galloway (Kerry) of Geneva and Staci Jordon (Chad) of Union City.
In lieu of flowers memorials can be made to the choice of the donor.
