He is survived by: his parents, Rick L. Clevenger and Teresa G. Clevenger (Taylor) of Portland Arch; his wife Amber N. Rex; his daughters, Taylor and Kendyl; his siblings, Wendy Clevenger and Jeremie Clevenger (Justin Clevenger) of Tony, AL; his grandmother Mildred Clevenger; his parents-in-law, William, Debra Rex, Joan Davis (Troy) and Betty Jo Phillips; and his brother-in-law Mike Hanover (Sherry). He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Jason Clevenger family.
