She was predeceased by: her parents, Wayne Carsten and Doris Carsten (Robinson); her brother John Carsten; and her great grandchild Kenzi Penrod. She is survived by: her husband Ron Penrod; and her grandchildren, Rob Penrod (Lexie), Jason Penrod (Kyla), Katie Prosser, Megan Siergiej (Matt), Jacoby and Kenna Penrod.
